These terms describe the basis upon which Mawroth makes this site available: for reading, for correspondence, and for the respectful exchange between studio, scholar, partner, and press. Use of this site indicates acceptance of the terms below.
Reading, welcome; republication, by permission.
Non-commercial reading of these pages and respectful correspondence with the studio are welcome. Scraping, mirroring, bulk download, republication, or any redistribution of editorial copy, imagery, video, or 3D assets is not permitted without prior written permission from Mawroth.
The marks of the studio.
All logos, wordmarks (Mawroth, موروث), photography, video, 3D models, calligraphy, and editorial copy contained on this site are © 2026 Mawroth or licensed to it under written agreement. Photographic and ethnographic heritage imagery is used under recognised cultural-fair-use principles, with attribution where known and removal upon legitimate request from a rights holder.
Endorsements shown under context.
The Vision 2030 emblem, the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Culture identifiers, the Alinma Bank wordmark, and the marks of every other Mawroth partner displayed on this site remain the property of their respective holders. They are shown solely in the context of legitimate partnership and patronage and not for any implied endorsement of unrelated activity.
Monitored by appointment.
The studio's contact form is monitored by appointment, and response within any particular timeframe is not guaranteed. By submitting the form a correspondent consents to a written reply by email to the address provided, and acknowledges that the correspondence is held in accordance with the studio's privacy notice.
We curate the studio, not the wider net.
This site may link to external pages: Instagram, X, partner institutions, and reference sources. Mawroth does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of any third-party site reached through such a link.

This site is published for editorial and institutional information and is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Mawroth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this site or its contents.
The law of the Kingdom.
These terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, within the Vision 2030 cultural framework and under the authority of the Ministry of Culture. Any dispute arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom.
